The Lempster Fire-Rescue elected its slate of officers in a contested ballot for First Lieutenant. Joseph Moulton prevailed 6-5 over Michael Bosse, while Jon Thomas was elected Chief and other positions were filled unanimously. Moulton was also elected to dual positions as Secretary and Treasurer.

Lempster Conservation Commission member Rachel T resigns at regular January meeting. The seven-member commission met January 14 to address property maintenance, trail work, and environmental concerns including Dodge Brook turbidity. Treasurer's report showed $7,829.02 available. Member Lynda P
