Lempster Fire-Rescue elects officers; Moulton wins contested First Lieutenant race

NH LEMPSTER — The Lempster Fire-Rescue elected its slate of officers in a contested ballot for First Lieutenant. Joseph Moulton prevailed 6-5 over Michael Bosse, while Jon Thomas was elected Chief and other positions were filled unanimously. Moulton was also elected to dual positions as Secretary and Treasurer.
The organization approved training initiatives extending through April, including ice rescue training in Walpole, and plans to present a used ambulance acquisition to Town Meeting voters.
