Fire-Rescue addresses equipment maintenance and training needs

NH LEMPSTER — Lempster Fire-Rescue met March 5 for routine operational planning. Chief J. Thomas, Assistant Chief T.
Moore, and Captain D. Richards led a twelve-member meeting addressing equipment maintenance, broken apparatus components, and personnel development. The department identified overstock conditions in first-in bags and determined all personnel must complete CPR recertification.
The group introduced Shawn Billadoux as Valley Regional Hospital's new EMS Coordinator during a March 12 meet-and-greet and scheduled wardens training for March 19 at 6:30 p.m.
