Trustees renew investment policy and oversee fund deployments

NH LEMPSTER — Lempster Trustees of Trust Funds renew investment policy and direct nearly $300,000 in fund allocations. The three-member board, chaired by Lynn Rodeschin with Jodie Hibbard as Treasurer and Sally Hooper as Secretary, renewed the Investment Policy on April 8, 2026, and deployed $250,000 from a town deposit for town bridges ($80,000), highway equipment ($20,000), and roads and reconstruction ($150,000). The board issued $46,750 from the Building and Grounds Capital Reserve Fund to the Lempster School District.

Five certificates of deposit matured on April 1 and were renewed for six months at 3.49 percent with annual percentage yields of 3.55 percent.
